INTRO

Letters are the smallest elements imbued with identity. Typography has the power to transform a graphic piece and define a brand. Although typography can be designed ad hoc, it is also possible to choose from hundreds of pre-designed typefaces and adapt them to our style, layouts, spacing, and uses. In this section, we will cover all aspects of typography: titles, body text, sizes, and compositions.Any typography not included in this document is considered unauthorized.

Primary Typeface

We use Inter for all headings and body text.

As a neutral, modern font with excellent legibility, Inter is often referred to as the "new Helvetica," making it a perfect complement to BRANDIV’s playful and colorful logo. Its simplicity allows the visual identity to shine without overshadowing the content.
Inter’s neutral tone ensures that the overall communication remains clean, professional, and approachable, while the playful and colorful logo provides vibrancy and fun. The combination of these two balances functionality and creativity.

Secondary Typeface

For additional information such as taglines, buttons, and small captions, we use PT Mono.

This font adds a bit of character to otherwise functional elements, providing a playful contrast to Inter. Both fonts are available on Google Fonts, making them accessible and easy to implement.

Do’s and Don’ts

Follow the established typography hierarchy to maintain
clarity and order across platforms.
Don’t:
Avoid using PT Mono for long paragraphs or large bodies of text,
as it’s better suited for short-form content such as buttons or tags.
Do:
Stick to the specified sizes for headings and body text
to ensure consistency and legibility.
Don’t:
Avoid overusing bold or italic text to preserve visual balance
and hierarchy.
